Putzmeister at Asia's leading Trade Fair for Environmental Technology Solution!

Federal Minister Klara Geywitz's visit to INSTATIQ at BAUMA 2025 highlights the growing importance of automation and robotics for the future of construction. The focus was on the enormous potential of 3D concrete printing to accelerate construction processes, the use of this technology as a solution to the shortage of skilled workers, and the need for more efficient approval procedures.

Success Stories

In Liebenau in the German state of Hesse, a new crushing and conveying plant is currently being set up in the Knauf anhydrite mine.

In December 2008, a devastating environmental disaster occurred in Kinston, Tennessee.
The dam of a reservoir, which for years absorbed ash from the local coal-fired power station, ruptured under the load. Millions of cubic metres of black sludge poured over the region like a tidal wave, destroying houses and turning once-thriving local rivers into dead zones for fish.
This shocking event drew attention to the dangers of storing ash with a high water content and sparked an urgent discussion about safety and environmental protection.

Tratolixo, Portugal’s largest waste management company, already had two Putzmeister lines and is now adding a third to increase production and as a back-up option.
