Compliance at Putzmeister
As a successful, globally operating group, we place high importance on ensuring that our economic success is always achieved in accordance with applicable law, internal guidelines and the principles outlined in the Code of Conduct.
Our Compliance activities focus on the adherence to anti-corruption laws and regulations, the safeguarding of fair competition, the respect of human rights, as well as the upholding of sanction regulations and the prevention of money laundering.
To ensure effective compliance with and implementation of these values and goals, we have created a comprehensive compliance structure.
This includes, among others
- a central function under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer, which manages the compliance activities in the company
- a network of regional Compliance Officers, who are in regular contact with each other and with the Chief Compliance Officer
- the Putzmeister Code of Conduct and other guidelines
- regular training in compliance-relevant topics
- regular auditing by the internal audit department in the area of compliance
- an internal control system to cover operational compliance risks
We place highest importance on integrity and highest ethical behavior. We believe in a strong compliance framework, based on clear guidelines as well as a strong compliance culture.
