Special tips for pupils, students, trainees

The first impression your future employer gets of you should be positive. To make the first "right application" easier for you, we have put together a few important things for you.

Tip 1: Collect information
Try to get an overview of the desired job description. In doing so, you will be supported by the employment agency, careers advisors, the Internet or the relevant companies.
Once you have decided on a job description, you should think about which company you want to apply to. You can get to know different companies a little better on the Internet or by visiting various career information fairs.

Tip 2: Make sure your application documents are complete
If you are still a student (m/f) or pupil (m/f) it is best to enclose the last two certificates with your application.

In your cover letter you should explain why you are interested in this particular profession and why you are interested in our company. Your experience or special knowledge should also not go unmentioned (school career, courses, etc.) Some things can be very beneficial and set you apart from your competitors.
