Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Parts and Service Coordinator. This position will coordinate field service technicians, parts sales, and local inventory control. As Sales Manager of PUC North America, you are responsible for establishing our underground business in North America for Infrastructure Tunnels and the Mining Industry. - Market study on accessible market for PUC machines in both main markets – Infrastructure tunnels and Mining

Summary:
Putzmeister sells solids handling equipment (PIT) for simple and complex projects in Mining, Waste Water Treatment, and general Industrial markets. Civil Engineer – 3D Construction (North America)
Karlos, a revolutionary concrete printing system, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the structural design and execution of innovative 3D-printed construction projects. This role combines both code-compliant structural engineering and hands-on project management, supporting residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. This position reports to the Director of Business Development in the US, with regular collaboration with the global team in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the structural design, analysis, and execution of Putzmeister’s 3D-Printed (C3DP) wall systems, ensuring compliance with North American building codes and industry standards (ACI, ASCE, IBC/IRC/UFC).
- Develop and manage engineering plans, structural calculations, and detailed drawings for a range of projects, from residential to large-scale infrastructure, ensuring technical precision and scalability.
- Own and oversee the full project lifecycle, from design & structural planning to on-site implementation, ensuring adherence to construction best practices, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Perform field testing, building inspections, and structural diagnostics to assess system performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to optimize Karlos for the North American market, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with local norms.
- Serve as the technical liaison with architects, contractors, and industry partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience with mobile hydraulic construction equipment.
- Proven excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer aptitude and demonstrated computer proficiency in word processing and presentation software applications.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Available for frequent travel.
Education/Certification/Training
- BS/BA degree
- Continuing education in training.
- On-the-job training

Summary:
Act as the Putzmeister Field Service Representative in the assigned region and build/maintain business relationships, which position Putzmeister as providing Premier Product Support. Establish regular communications and planning cadence with Regional Sales Directors and Parts Sales Representatives to achieve sales and product support objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage time and territory to provide timely & effective resolution of customers’ equipment problems/concerns in the field, sometimes in difficult situations.
Travel to customer locations, often on very short notice, to perform in-depth troubleshooting on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and interrelated problems.
Professionally communicate information concerning repairs, production issues, product quality, or customer-related issues.
Provide in-service or commissioning of new equipment at customer locations. Complete handover documentation.
Provide professional training on machine operation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques to customers/agents in the field.
Provide technical support to the agent/customer via multiple channels (email, telephone, text, etc.) and manage Warranty / Goodwill issues and concerns.
Coordinate boom inspections and welding repairs as needed by customers. Provide/complete the required documentation for records.
Market / Support Authorized Service Centers (dealers) to customers for repair work and parts purchases (in and out of warranty).
Aided in the evaluation and selection of potential service centers (dealers). Assist and measure service center against established PM Service Standards.
Prepare timely field service reports in a well-written and concise manner and file them weekly.
Keep abreast of industry technology and trends, including concrete pumping applications/processes.
Perform additional duties as requested or required.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
5-10 years of technical experience.
Travel 75% +
Education/Certification/Training:
Associate or BS degree in Engineering, Heavy Equipment Technology, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of mobile hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Multi-lingual individual a plus (Spanish and/or German)
Concrete industry experience a plus
Mandatory safety training (see “Total Compliance Management” program).
On-the-job training.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to dust, working near moving mechanical parts, and occasionally exposed to chemicals.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions, which may sometimes be extreme.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to very loud noise.
Proper work attire, steel-toe safety shoes, and safety glasses/goggles must be worn as the site requires.
